What to eat after the vacation excesses? Nothing better than seasonal fruits and vegetables

Vacations are the most expected and desired period of the year for most people. It is a short but necessary period of time conceived to disconnect from work or daily routine, whether traveling or at home, but always with relaxation as the norm for the greater part of the day. The problem with vacations is that they are usually accompanied by all sorts of dietary excesses, which added to less physical activity, results in a few extra pounds on the scale.
